I’m somewhat concerned that the “black mark” of this, again, will stop other organizations from considering booking in Halifax even when the thing is completed. It’s now an established track record of “Halifax” not following through on a commitment it made….you cannot BUY that kind of bad press, but you sure can earn it, and memories can be long.
