Four new cases of COVID-19 were announced in Nova Scotia today (Sunday, Jan. 17).
There is one case in each of Nova Scotia Health’s Zones — the Northern, Eastern, Central, and Western. All four cases are related to travel from outside Atlantic Canada. The Central Zone case is a student at Mount Saint Vincent University who lives off campus.
There are 29 known active cases in the province. No one is in hospital with the disease.
Nova Scotia Health labs conducted 1,396 tests yesterday.
